Professional information — business name, job title, practice type, brand affiliation, creator profile information.

Geolocation data — approximate location based on IP address; precise location only if you explicitly grant permission.

Social media account information — when you connect your Instagram or Facebook account to our platform, we access account credentials and post scheduling permissions as authorized by you through those platforms.

Content you submit — UGC assets, images, videos, captions, and other content you upload or authorize for distribution through our platform.

Communications — messages, support requests, and correspondence you send to us.

Inferences — profiles drawn from the above information to understand user preferences and platform usage.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review.


5. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

Service providers and contractors — third-party vendors who assist us in operating our platform, processing payments, delivering analytics, and providing customer support. These parties are contractually bound to use your information only for the purposes we direct.

Connected platforms — when you authorize connection of your Instagram or Facebook account, information is shared with those platforms as required to deliver scheduling and posting functionality.

Brand and practice partners — when you participate in the LVBX Radius network as a creator, practice, or brand, limited profile and content information is shared with relevant network participants as necessary to deliver the service.

Legal compliance — when required by law, court order, or government authority, or when necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.


6. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our platform, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and improve our services. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality.

7. DATA RETENTION

We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days. If we require additional time, we will notify you and may extend the response period by an additional 45 days.

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will not require you to create an account solely to submit a request.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. Authorized agents must provide written proof of authorization.


10. SECURITY

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
